Healthier, happier, safer workers. More efficient workplaces - this is why fuseAware was created.
From day one at fuseAware our ethos has always been “how can we help the worker?”… a different way of thinking given our commercial model is to sell to the employer. We figure if we can build something that helps everyone get home safe every day in a way that no one else is doing – by using data to determine what safety is, way and above simple location or accreditations then we will have a chance to address safety in an innovative way. And of course, helping a user to be healthier and happier we would not only have an immediate impact on their ability to be safe, but a measurable impact on their life, their family and their sense of well-ness. The stats are there for all to see in regard to workplace fatalities, depression, suicide, life expectancy and simply we wanted to make a stand, complement and build on the great work the industry has done so far but by using technological innovation to take it to the next level.
Lastly, in order for every worker to be employed the industry needs to be profitable. The acceptance at worker level of this necessity enabled fuseAware to build an efficiency component that in no way shared any individual’s personal performance but instead aggregated data at a corporate level for analysis of where efficiencies can be made.
The future is bright for fuseAware, we will be focusing our R&D on continuous innovation, growth and acquisition as we track toward to our goal to be the number one workplace tool for health, safety and efficiency – globally.
